One of the most dynamic and talented artists to come from Greece, Theodore, recently released an in-depth behind the scenes video about the recording process for his critically acclaimed album ‘Inner Dynamics’ via United We Fly.

Theodore is an extremely talented musician, having mastered several instruments and always composing music wherever he goes. Schooled in piano and traditional Greek folk music, his latest album ‘Inner Dynamics’ has been called “…philosophical, but even if the lyrics don’t stick, there’s the band’s distinct blend of post-rock and experimental music that’s a sure draw.” by Rolling Stone

In the behind the scenes video, you see the process of how this experimental album was recorded. It mostly follows Theodore himself, but you also get to meet his whole team as an album is a collaborative effort. The LP was recorded in different studios including Clouds Hill (Hamburg), Katara Studios (Doha), Black Rock Studio (Santorini) and produced by Vagelis Moschos.

Check out the video below:

Theodore comments, “For Inner Dynamics, I was trying to express my urge to connect the conscious and subconscious part of myself so I can be creative. It’s an understanding that humans are not just one thing, and they shouldn’t try to hide certain elements of their personality because society likes to put labels of who we are. It’s the different sides of my self that makes who I am.”
