Exploring themes of love, relationships, and the intricacies of human emotions, she is Inspired by singer-songwriters such as Taylor Swift. With an impressive portfolio of 11 original songs, and over 150 compositions to her credit, Marcelle’s talent and dedication to her craft is clearly evident.

Annah Marcelle had this to say: “Running in Circles is about the negative feelings that one can still have after a relationship, even if it has been a really long time. It is about never really coping with something that happened to you, and through all of the heartache that it caused, still wanting the person who caused it to be there to help you through it. Running in Circles embodies lots of different emotions like anger, nostalgia, and vulnerability. This song means a lot to me because it is one of my favorites lyrically and stylistically.”
