Musician Milo Gore has unveiled his long-anticipated album How Do You Cope While Grieving For The Living? Via Red Van Records. The team behind this album includes producer Pete Prokopiw (Mumford & Sons, Florence & The Machine) and mixer Andy Savours (Sigur Ros, The Horrors, Arctic Monkeys). To date, Milo has seen support with renowned publications including Wonderland, CLASH, CLOUT Magazine, and Far Out Magazine.

Indie Music comments on the new album, “Milo Gore takes us on a journey with his new album, from emotional highs to all-time lows. Openly expressing his struggle with mental health and drug addiction in previous features, the artist and songwriter leaves no page unturned with this latest offering.”

Milo Gore adds his thoughts, “ This album is very much about this period of my life. I was on a crash collision course with myself, yet I believe experiencing this allowed me to understand the fragility between creativity and addiction. It also opened my eyes to privilege, and the reality of how lucky I am. I may not be able to change the world and the hate within it, but I can continue to work on myself. The pursuit of happiness continues.”

Milo Gore delivers a relatable and raw album masterpiece that explores the impact mental health has on your entire being.
