Le Bon Jams, the London-based quartet, unleash their debut EP 109%, out today, June 20, 2025, through [PIAS] Électronique. Comprising Laura Welsh, Joe Brown, Frank Colucci, and James New, the band merges their heavyweight credentials—Brown’s Grammy-nominated production, New’s songwriting for Dua Lipa, Welsh’s collabs with Gorgon City, and Colucci’s work with Tom Grennan—into a vibrant fusion of disco-house and indie-pop. After earning shouts from Arielle Free, Jess Iszatt (BBC Radio 1), Mark Knight, TSHA, and Don Diablo, the collective cements their rising star status with this four-track release, ready to soundtrack 2025’s dancefloors and radio waves.

The EP kicks off with Hear My Love, a luminous pop-house banger packed with glittering synths, sharp piano stabs, and infectious vocal hooks that set the tone for the project’s upbeat vibe. What U Need keeps the momentum with funky, crisp grooves and radiant energy, while Spotlight dials up the attitude with gritty basslines and club-ready dynamics. Closing track Can’t Stop wraps things up on a euphoric note, its retro-tinged rhythms channeling the band’s nostalgic yet fresh French-touch sound.

Hear My Love’ was the first track we collaborated on for Le Bon Jams, and in many ways, it still captures the heart of our vision as a band,” the group shared. With 109%, Le Bon Jams deliver a concise, feel-good package that’s both a nod to classic dance music and a bold step forward. This EP is primed to keep the summer buzzing, whether you’re in a sweaty club or cruising with the windows down.
