Rapper Madman State & pop-soul singer Kinnoha share latest song

A classic hit and run type of love, ‘Unproblematic’ is a deeper look at unravelling the messy end of a relationship, remembering the good, discarding the bad and moving on with your life in a positive direction. Madman State and Kinnoha both draw from their soft sides for this song,

which dives into a reflection of a period of transition. Madman State produced the track and went all out in his production arsenal to create a radio friendly vibe which can catch the attention of any listener.

The video for the track follows the breakdown of a couple, descending into arguments, confrontation, infidelity, mistrust, a battle of egos, loss and, finally, acceptance and peace. The video was filmed in South East London, around the area of Lee in a cafe, launderette and parts of Soho too. It perfectly captures the realities of a fast, gritty city romance.

Madman State is a West London rapper known for his passion, boundless attitude & energy. No mumbling here! Mixing a variety of styles within Hip Hop & Trap, State is a multi-instrumentalist who is not scared to experiment and incorporates Rock and Electronic influences into his music.

State has received support from Fubar Radio, Pulse 88 Radio, Hype HQ Reality Radio and Reprezent radio. In 2018 his song ‘Jamin’ was used as part of the Anti-Bullying Alliance‘s ‘Stop speak support’ 2018 campaign assisted by Prince William which was broadcast nationwide

on all major On-demand TV streaming services. His ‘Tension’ music video was also nominated for the 2020 London Music video festival. Kinnoha is a South London based singer and writer. Kinnoha’s signature sound is laid back, with nonchalant vocals and a DIY feel where nothing is too polished or overworked. She uses wordplay to transport the listener into her world of bright colours and raw emotion. Kinnoha has received support from BBC Introducing, Headliner Magazine, iluvlive, Hoxton Radio, Pulse 88, Westside Radio, Boogaloo Radio and Oxjam

She has previously collaborated with Star Slinger and amassed over half a million Spotify streams.The two artists met at a gig last year at The Library when Kinnoha was performing and asked someone from the audience to come join me on stage and dance and drink tequila with her. Madman State jumped on stage and they had a blast acting out the song and lighting up the atmosphere. Both have fun loving personalities but very different musical styles, it’s interesting to see what happens when they blend their sounds. The result is something really cool and fresh.
